《多奇多奇企鹅大陆 MD》（日文名：イカスぜ！恋のどきどきペンギンランドＭＤ，英文名：Ikasuze! Koi no Doki Doki Penguin Land MD）是世嘉于1992年在日本推出的16位重制版益智平台游戏。玩家扮演一只企鹅，需将蛋从每个关卡的顶部安全地送到底部，交给等待的母企鹅。游戏中，玩家需打破冰块为蛋开辟路径，但需注意，蛋如果掉落距离过高会破裂。游戏包含30个关卡，每五关提供密码保存进度。
