《16吨》（16t）是由世嘉公司于1991年发行的一款动作游戏，最初仅在世嘉游戏图书馆服务（SegaNet）上提供。在游戏中，玩家扮演一名电脑程序员，进入自己的程序进行调试，通过投掷16吨重的物体来消灭程序中的“虫子”。游戏关卡由一系列水平和垂直循环的平台组成。玩家使用A键和C键跳跃，B键投掷16吨重物。每次只能投掷有限数量的物体，数量显示在屏幕底部。当所有敌人被消灭后，关卡结束。被压扁或被敌人攻击一次都会导致玩家失去一条生命。
