《Ranger X》（日文名：エクスランザー）是由GAU Entertainment开发、世嘉（Sega）于1993年发行在Mega Drive平台上的横向卷轴射击游戏。玩家扮演名为Ranger X的机甲战士，肩负保卫家园免受Rahuna势力侵略的重任。游戏特色在于主角配备了喷气背包，可进行短暂飞行，但需注意过热问题，需在地面冷却后方可继续使用。武器系统丰富，除标准脉冲步枪外，还有火焰喷射器、追踪导弹等特殊武器，使用这些武器会消耗能量条，需在光源下补充。部分关卡中，玩家可操控辅助载具Ex-Up Indra，这是一辆未来感十足的摩托车，能够独立行动和攻击，玩家也可与其合体以增强防御力。游戏共设有多个关卡，每关开始前有3D线框动画介绍任务目标，玩家需突破敌军防线，摧毁目标设施，并击败关底Boss以推进游戏进程。游戏画面在Mega Drive平台上表现出色，色彩鲜艳，充分利用了硬件性能，音乐也备受好评，操作手感流畅，机体动作丰富，关卡设计巧妙，考验玩家的操作技巧。
