《拿或不拿 - 官方游戏（法国）》是一款基于法国热门电视游戏节目《À prendre ou à laisser》（意为“拿或不拿”）改编的任天堂DS平台游戏。该节目是美国《Deal or No Deal》的法国版本，首次于2004年1月12日在TF1频道播出，由主持人Arthur主持。游戏中，玩家将体验与节目相同的紧张氛围和决策过程。游戏包含22个代表法国各大区的盒子，每个盒子内含不同金额的奖金，范围从0.01欧元到500,000欧元不等。玩家需要逐一打开盒子，揭示其中的金额，并在过程中与“银行家”进行谈判，决定是接受银行家的报价还是继续打开剩余的盒子，直至最终选择保留的盒子。游戏忠实再现了电视节目的规则和流程，让玩家仿佛置身于真实的节目现场，感受决策带来的刺激与挑战。
