Super Robot Wars

Super Robot Wars is a tactical RPG developed by Banpresto and released in 1991 for the Game Boy. As the very first entry in the Super Robot Wars franchise, it unites iconic robots and pilots from multiple celebrated mecha anime under one roof, letting players command them in battle. Combat is turn-based, requiring players to deploy and maneuver units on the map and use their weapons and skills to defeat enemies. As the campaign progresses, mechs level up, gain new abilities, and unlock stronger weapons. The story weaves together plotlines from several mecha anime, delivering an epic crossover narrative. Originally a Japan-only release, this Chinese localization by the DMG translation group finally lets Chinese-speaking fans enjoy the classic.
