Ninja Gaiden

"Ninja Gaiden Shadow" is a Game Boy action game developed by Natsume and published by Tecmo, released on December 13, 1991. Serving as a prequel to the series, the story is set in 1985 and follows protagonist Hayabusa Ryu during his training days. Featuring side-scrolling stages, players control Hayabusa Ryu through multiple levels, battling enemies and confronting powerful bosses. The visuals, controls, and some music share similarities with Natsume's earlier Famicom title "Shadow of the Ninja."
