Metal Slug 2

Metal Slug 2 is a classic side-scrolling run-and-gun game released by SNK in 1998 as the second entry in the Metal Slug series. Known for its beautiful pixel art, fluid animation, and varied weapon systems, the game is set in a fictional modern war where players take on the role of elite soldiers on dangerous missions to strike enemy forces and rescue captured comrades. A wide range of weapons is available, including machine guns, rocket launchers, and grenades, with power-ups increasing players' firepower. New to the sequel is a vehicle system that lets players commandeer tanks and even camels, adding variety and humor to each encounter. The tightly designed stages are filled with diverse enemies and challenging bosses that test players' reflexes and skills. With both single-player and two-player co-op modes, Metal Slug 2 remains a beloved classic of the side-scrolling shooter genre.
